About Us

We, Distribo GmbH, are a successful company with around 150 employees, which was founded in 2004 as a joint venture between Zufall logistics Group and Sartorius AG. Due to the steady growth of our company in the meantime, we will also be able to implement and secure all logistics activities of Sartorius AG at the Goettingen location in the future.
To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated employee like you with immediate effect.

Your main tasks

Working with our client's freight management team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Order processing of worldwide shipping and the preparation of the necessary shipping, customs and invoicing documents in air, land and sea freight.
• Communicate with Customer Service and assigned carriers to meet deadlines while optimizing costs
• Control of compliance with in-house lead times and delivery times of the service providers used
• Contact person for logistic questions of our customer within your country responsibility

You fit in with us if you

• have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have professional experience in logistics
• Have very good written and spoken German and good English language skills
• have a good command of MS Office (basic knowledge of SAP would be an advantage)
• Independent, goal-oriented and responsible work is one of your strengths
