We, Distribo GmbH, are a successful company with around 150 employees, which was founded in 2004 as a joint venture between Zufall logistics Group and Sartorius AG. Due to the steady growth of our company in the meantime, we will also be able to implement and secure all logistics activities of Sartorius AG at the Goettingen location in the future.
To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated employee like you with immediate effect.

Your main tasks

• Bearbeitung und Koordination von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
• Bewerbermanagement (Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen, Bewerberkorrespondenz, Erstellung
  von Qualifikationsprofilen etc.)
• Mitwirkung bei der Personalakquise
• Eigenständige Abwicklung anfallender Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten mit Fokus auf das
  Rechnungswesen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
• Allg. Personalbetreuung

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Independence as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High social competence, empathy and communication skills
• Absolute trustworthiness and discretion
• Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
