We, Distribo GmbH, are a successful company with around 150 employees, which was founded in 2004 as a joint venture between Zufall logistics Group and Sartorius AG. Due to the steady growth of our company in the meantime, we will also be able to implement and secure all logistics activities of Sartorius AG at the Goettingen location in the future.
To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated employee like you with immediate effect.

Your main tasks

• Logistische Abwicklung von Produkten für die biopharmazeutische Industrie
• Überwachung der Lagerbedingungen
• Disposition von Kundenaufträgen
• Einkauf / Beschaffung für Versandabwicklung
• Dokumentation inclusive Archivierung
• Durchführung von Prozessprüfungen
• Kundenkontakt
• Carry out inventory controls
• Reklamationsbearbeitung
• Langfristig stellvertretende Teamleitung

Das bringst du mit:

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung im gewerblichen Bereich, wo sie erste Erfahrung in administrativen Prozessen sammeln konnten
• Kenntnisse GDP-Anforderungen von Vorteil
• Confident handling of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP are an advantage
• Sie besitzen Engagement und zeichnen sich durch Ihre Gewissenhaftigkeit aus
• You always act in a customer and service-oriented manner, are able to work under pressure and have good communication skills
• Vorhandene Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
